Hello my name is Kathleen Ruth (Ruth-for short!),
I’m a Coach and Author based in Scotland UK. I love learning about human growth, development and evolution. I am passionate about pathways to greater awareness and consciousness.
I am interested in many spiritual teachings and psychologies: especially the point where they converge – transpersonal psychology and metaphysics.
For hobbies I love photography, the country, coast and people here in Morayshire, yoga, and esoteric astrology (Astrology is the original psychology IMHO!) I love being with nature: dolphins, wildlife, Ospreys, trees, flowers, birds, forest and coastal walks…
I love the birdsong in the evening and morning, and I realise everything outside is a reflection of our inner consciousness. So my first love is always keeping my eye on the ball: keeping part of my awareness always onmy inner environment.
